Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping

We ship using the USPS.  How orders are shipped is at the discretion of The Chef’s Cupboard, LLC.  Orders in the state of Maine ship for $4.00, Orders in 49 other states as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands ship for $7.00.  We use priority shipping and most orders will be received within 2 or 3 days.  Orders for more remote locations will take longer. These prices are subject to change at any time.

 

Damaged Packages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

 

Refunds

With a receipt, unopened products purchased in the last 90 days can be issued a refund in the form of payment the purchase was made. Credit cards will be refunded on the card used for the purchase. Checks will be refunded cash if after 14 days of purchase, or a product exchange or store credit if before 14 days of purchase. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts.

Without a receipt, unopened products can be accepted as a return in the form of a product exchange or store credit. Any items offered as a free promotion cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased in the last 180 days, we’ll either replace the item, or help you find something else that you’d like. Free promotional items are not able to be exchanged.
