Hickory Smoked Salt is produced in our own packaging kitchen.  We use quality hickory wood, and smoke that wood with Kosher Sea Salt in an adjacent container so that it may absorb the wonderful flavor of hickory smoke.  This salt works great as a simple seasoning for your steak, chicken, or roasted vegetables for a delightful complex taste.
